My majestic Lion, 24 x 24 inches, gallery wrapped 1 1/2 inch canvas, has a surprising story behind it. On our S. Africa safari, we encountered a pride of lions who were sleeping and one lion looked as if he was the proud male watching over the entire pride of about 10 lions. I had to capture him and I think I did, this painting was accepted into the FCA "Animals" exhibit and was featured at the Granville Island gallery for 2 weeks. |
