Medium: Clay - Navajo Red Stoneware

IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY. Platter is hand built using Navajo red stoneware clay and slowly dried to prevent cracking and warping. Nutmeg and slate blue glazes were poured over the platter to give it a more organic look. A stencil was used to make the cherry blossom imprint and green and white glazes were carefully sprayed over the edges. Weight is approximately 1.7 pounds (750 g) and is 7.9 inches wide by 13.4 inches long, and 0.5 inches in height/thick and 15 inches diagonally. A square platter is also available in this same pattern. IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY. It is 2.4 pounds (1,090 g) and is 11.8 inches across each side, 0.5 inches in thick and 16.4 inches diagonally for $95 (SKU: 089-073). Please contact the store to add this to your order.
