Kim Brake

Kim Brake is an established independent published author and artist. She has released This Journey of Mine, as well as four anthologies: Seaside Syllables, Object of my Desire , Our Seasons of Syllables and Faces of a Goddess. Kim’s poetry has also been featured in The Sacred Feminine Volume II: An Open Skies Collection and Feathers for Hena. A a survivor of breast cancer and cumulative stress and trauma, Kim found healing through writing poetry, photography and spending time in nature. Her continued healing led her to explore and express her divine feminine energy through painting (acrylic on canvas) and has allowed her to live authentically through guided intuitive approaches. Kim enjoys the creative flow of self expression and the healing power of the arts.
