Kevin Orr

Kevin, who currently resides in Alberta, is a wildlife and abstract artist who works in pastels and acrylics.

Growing up British Columbia, Kevin was greatly influenced by Robert Bateman. His love of wildlife started at a very young age and to this day, Kevin has a childlike love of animals.

Using a combination of dusty pan pastels, soft pastels and finely detailed pastel pencils, Kevin achieves lifelike realism in all of his pastel pieces.

His acrylic paintings are created using highly archival Golden paints and often include the use of squeegees, sponges, rollers or his fingers to include abstract elements into each of his paintings.
