Bianka Perlick

Bianka Perlick was born and raised in East Germany. A year before the wall came down she managed to move to West Germany. Bianka immigrated to Canada in 2007, her first challenge when she moved to Canada was to teach herself English. She has always been a nature person and her love for animals is always in her hart. She found a interest in meditation and yoga a few years ago and it's now part of her daily routine, to live life happier every day. This incredible artists background is fairly short, she started painting in the fall of 2021. Experimenting with acrylic pour painting on small dollar store canvases on her kitchen counter, from there her interests in art have blossomed to include brush, abstract, and modern painting as well as working with resin. She progressed from the kitchen counter to an art studio that was set up in her house and the size of her art has grown accordingly. She started selling her art in 2022 and now has clients in Vancouver, Kelowna, Alberta and Germany. She has been commissioned by clients to paint works for the office / businesses setting. She is very proud of being a self taught artist and has her art displayed in gallery's around our beautiful province of British Columbia as well as Alberta. She paints by inspiration, vision and feelings at the time and what she might see in a particular painting might be different than what her potential clients might see. She feels by putting a certain name on one of her paintings might take away from the art itself.
