This painting is another in a series of pieces that were created whilst sailing in the Broughtons. The rugged nature is very apparent in this area of B.C. The aim in this painting is to capture the change taking place as the rain clouds move away and glimpses of the sunlight appear. All whilst a black bear moseys along the shore looking for food.
